SHIPPING FEES

All orders over $90AUD are eligible for FREE Standard Shipping.

The delivery fee for orders under $90 AUD is a flat rate of $9.

All parcels are shipped from Sydney, Australia via Australia Post within 2-4 business days (public holidays excluded).

APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES

Standard delivery within Australia: 2-7 business days

Please allow additional time for regional or rural deliveries.

Delivery delays may occur during public holidays and the Christmas period.

When your order is prepared for dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to appear as it takes time for the first scan to show.

MISSING PARCELS

Skinroom by Mandi is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels or items, unless they were lost or stolen in transit. This is why we offer tracked shipping for all orders. Parcels with the status “Delivered” or “Completed” will be deemed as delivered. Skinroom by Mandi is not responsible for any missing parcels with the status “Delivered.”

IF NO ONE IS AT HOME DURING DELIVERY

We strongly advise that you select a shipping address where there is someone available to receive the parcel. Otherwise, the parcel will be sent to the nearest Australia Post Office and you will receive a notification card or email.

PICK-UP IN STORE 

Pick-up is available, make sure to arrange time and date via e-mail to pick-up products at the store.
